Safety Data Sheets – Non-EU Countries

The GHS (Globally Harmonized System) standardizes the classification and labelling of chemicals across various nations. Many countries have now implemented the Globally Harmonized System into their hazardous substances legislation.

Nevertheless, classification and labelling criteria varies between countries. This is often based on different revision levels of the UN GHS. Furthermore, the format of the safety data sheet varies for different non-EU countries.
